1) Nano-scale (active) CaC03 can effectively improve the compatibility of the PVC pipe formulation system, bridge the interface between inorganic materials and polymer materials, form an interpenetrating network structure, and increase polymer materials and inorganic materials. 4) Strengthening the process formula control of high-filled PVC pipes can not only improve product quality, but also save raw materials and reduce costs. Taking the D160 × 4.0mm pipe produced by a PVC pipe manufacturer as an example, the formula cost per ton of nano-grade PVC pipe is only reduced by about 200 yuan/ton (different diameters vary).
