High crushing ratio and high energy utilization rate

The calcium carbonate particles with feed size less than 10 mm can be processed into micro powder of < 10 μm at one time (under the standard of 97% passing rate), and the fine powder of - 2.5 μm accounts for about 40%, large surface area. It has the advantages of high efficiency and low energy consumption in the production of powder by high speed impact mill, and can reach the fineness of fluidized bed jet mill。

Favorable product granularity and stability.

The product has good particle size and stability, which is the ideal equipment for non-metallic fine powder production by dry process. Host with built-in classifying mechanism, with unique classifying wheel structure, good classifying effect and no large particle pollution. The fineness of the product can be adjusted according to the needs. It can produce d97:3-8 μ m fine powder and d97:10-40 μ m ordinary powder.

More environmentally friendly, energy saving

Under the condition of negative pressure production, equipped with high efficiency dust collector, the working environment dust is less; the use of semi-automatic control and unique technology, greatly improve the production efficiency, is a kind of fine grinding equipment with low energy consumption.

The grinding wheel and ring are made of special wear-resistant alloy steel, and the service life is increased by 2-3 times.

Working principle

Transmission device connects with main shaft. The top of shaft connects with rotor structure. The rotor structure has peripheral shaft. Peripheral shaft is installed with roller. When the main shaft starts to rotate, peripheral shaft rotates too, which would make the rollers revolve around main shaft and also rotate round peripheral shaft. The roller would create strong centrifugal force during the rotation and revolving, and grind material with stator. The ground material would fall down to the distribution plate. The distribution plate and the main shaft would rotate at the same time, and bring material to the round ring. Under negative pressure, it would go along the distribution ring to the classifier chamber. Qualified fine powder would go through the classifier wheel and into the collector, while coarse powder would fall down back to the milling chamber for further grinding.
